Request to delete accounts as we are facing issue in delete account

Hi,

We are not able to remove these below 2 accounts. As we have limited licences kindly help us to remove these 2 accounts.

{ I have amended your post and removed your duplicate posts so as to better allign with our Community's Guidelines.

Helo @Traye

Thanks for posting about this issue with removing members. 

Support cannot manage membership for you, but we can help you remove the members on your end instead.

What is the issue though? Are you getting an error when trying to remove them? If so, kindly add a screenshot of the error on your next response. 

Please try navigating to your Admin console and the members tab to delete them once more after trying the following: 

  1. An incognito window/ private browsing mode. 
  2. Clear your browser's cache and try restoring it back to its default settings
  3. Disable any browser plugins. 

Please let me know if you see a different behavior after trying the steps above.

Hi Fiona,

I tried with your provided steps, but still facing same issue during delete account operation.

 

I am able to create a new account and also I am able to delete the same newly created account.
But while deleting the existing accounts I am getting an error "There was a problem completing this request".


Why this is important for us is:
First of all we have limited licences.
And we have our requirement where we need to daily execute Automation testcases.
Which required to create and delete same user from the system.

As these is only one license is remained, kindly look into this issue ASAP.


It was working smoothly since long time, but from last few days we started facing this issue.Could you please look into what has changed in the system.

Thank you for trying my suggestions @Traye. I understand this is an urgent matter and that your team wants to use the existing licenses you have. There are no updates on how you can remove members in a team and this should definetely work for you. 

Please post a screenshot of the error described showing the full screen in an incognito window. 

I can reach out to you via email to check things further. I can use the address associated with your Community profile.

Keep in mind there is no action we can take via Community, as we cannot see account information in this channel.
