I used to work in a company and subscribed for a year for Pro plan using my own credit card with company email. However, I was no longer work in the company and I find that I was still charged for the subscription and I had even no access to the company email account for dropbox... What should I do? I cannot find email or phone whom I can contact directly for this issue

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link and providing as much info as possible.
