Restore Business Account after firm closed

Hi

 

My company has closed down, and so have my business account. Unfortunately I didn´t moved some of my private files from the account before it closed. I´ve tried to write to dropbox support with no help. I need to find a way to restore my account so I can get my files. I know business accounts can open within 7 days.

Does anyone know how to do restore?

Hi there @maria37, welcome to the Dropbox Community!

 

Generally, the team admin can recover your deleted account from the Business team, however, due to account-specific info required on this, I'd recommend this investigation via email. 

 

Since you mention that you've been in touch with our Support team, could you please let me know the ticket ID (eg. #1234567) that's associated with it?
