I changed location from UAE to India and
1. Old emal address - domain is disabled, hence that email is no more usable
2. Old mobile number has been cancelled
I was trying to log into my old account but Dropbox sent a message to my old email address [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines].
Is there a way to get my old account as it has many files in it?

Not likely. You need access to the email address on file in order to receive the reset information. Also, if you had two-step authentication enabled and no longer have access to the device, you need to use the emergency backup codes you were given when you enabled two-step authentication.
