I apologize if you are receiving this twice. Was sure if the first request posted. I was looking at the different upgrape packages, when I noticed the Dropbox Professional showed 2 different prices for the same product within less than 3 minutes. Why?

Hi there @JCBR2020, thanks for reaching out to us here!

 

From what I can see there, the second screenshot looks like the page is trying to load the information as the blue bar on the right is showing "...". It could be a temporary error on the page while trying to update the changes applied.

 

The pricing in the first screenshot looks to be the correct one there, but I can always suggest trying the following to see if there's any difference in the behaviour there:

  • Clear your browser cache
  • Use an incognito window
  • Use another web browser
