Saparate a shared folder from a Business account and my private free use

How can I accept a shared folder from a Business plan account without my private use of a free accout being affected? The total storage size of the two together would exceed 2GB.

Hi there @s-pling, I hope you're well today!

Shared folders will take space on each folder member's account, so if you don't have enough free space you won't be able to add the shared folder to your account.

To share a folder without it taking space in your account, you will need to use a shared link.

You can request the owner of the folder to send you a link instead of sharing the folder directly with you, so you can view the files that way instead.

Let me know if this helps!
