Security matter: Check last consultation date of one particular user on basic plan

Security matter: Check last consultation date of one particular user on basic plan

We have several dropbox users sharing different files in basic plan, and would like to check one user's last consultation date/hour on folders/files.

 

But as I understand it, this feature's only available for buisiness advanced/enterprise/education plan or professional plan.

 

If what I suppose is correct, and we decide to upgrade the plan to buisiness plan, can we access this feature retroactively for over the last two years ?

Also, can we detect when a user we're sharing files with has changed its mail address ?

 

The main goal is to see if one user had access to our company's files over the last two years.

I'm afraid that this won't be possible as most of our premium features for paid subscriptions start at the date you upgrade your account(s) and won't work retroactively. 

 

Regarding your concern now, you could have a look at the shared folder's member list and/or even check your events page. 

 

This is the place where all uploads, edits and deletions are normally logged so it should give you a hint or two.
