I logged into my Dropbox yesterday. It asked me for my password which I supplied. It then said my password was not good. So I request to reset my password. Finally got in and found my shared files all missing. Wanted to talk to a live person at Dropbox. Can't get a good number to contact someone. Any suggestions??

Can you please take a look at your account's events page and let me know if you find anything related to the files you mention?
If you don't see any sign of them there or within your account's homepage, could it be that they were shared with another account of yours, associated with another email address?
