I can't sign in to the app even after successfully reset my password (through email).
Unknown error, please contact Dropbox customer support. HELP!

As the message states, you need to contact Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums (best to use a private browsing session to be certain) and you'll see an option for sign in issues.
