So many difficulties to changing my password

Hi, I tried to reset password for my other Dropbox account since it was hacked.

I did not receive the email to reset password as well. What I am supposed to do? 

It seems like both of my email addresses/passwords under Dropbox were all breached.

Hey @gingerthegergin, thanks for nudging us on the Dropbox Community, and sorry to hear you're having trouble resetting your password. 

 

Could you double-check if you're looking at the inbox of the email address that's associated with your Dropbox account? You can see which email you're using for your account from the General tab on the website.

 

If you're looking at the correct one, could you also check you spam folder?
