On february 11, someone sign in to my account and then delete my account
Could you please help me how to restore my account

Hello @Rianti1, I'm sorry to hear about the situation!

Just to make sure we're on the same page, how were you made aware that someone deleted your account?

Did you receive a specific email notification? Or did you try and sign in and receive an error?

In the meantime, I would also suggest submitting a ticket with our Support team by visiting this page via an incognito/private browsing window.

Let me know and we can go from there!

Yes, there is notification mention that a new web browser signed in to my dropbox account. And then there is an email conformation that my account have deleted.
Please help me how to deactive oe restore my account please..

Thanks for clarifying that @Rianti1!

Just to double check, can you please make sure that the emails are from one of the official Dropbox domains, listed here?

In your email account, you should be able to click on the sender's info to show the exact email address that it came from.

Also, did you have the chance to submit a ticket with our Support team, like I mentioned above?
