I have an unkmwn person using dropbox, from an unknown email, and we cant create our own dropbox

Hi @sylvermoonkitten, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

Could you check if the email used is your own email? You can find this on your computer by clicking on the small Dropbox icon in your menu bar or system tray. Click on the avatar in the top right corner, Preferences, then Account.

 

Have you or anyone else accessed your computer to sign into their account by any chance? If need be, and it’s a different account to your own, you can unlink the machine using these steps.
