I am still getting charged for dropbox plus even though I double checked that my account was changed back to basic. I changed it back to basic a while ago. Why is this still happening?

Hi @megamusic14, thanks for joining the Community!

 

I'm sorry to hear about this. It sounds like your account hasn't been downgraded to a Basic plan. Could you check what plan you're seeing here?

 

If it is still on a paid plan, try downgrading using these steps.

That's happening to me. I think that sounds like theft! If these plans run on, they should be giving the full service that one is paying for, not taking the money and withdrawing the service!!

Dropbox are practically impossible to reach, how convenient.

According to your bank statement, are you being charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

I went and checked Google Play, was able to cancel there. Was getting charged for Dropbox Plus alright. So frustrating! At least Google made it very simple to cancel the payment.
