Still being charged, cancelled account years ago

I cancelled my account two years ago and for two years I was not charged.

However, yesterday I received a charge to my credit card.  I need support

to have this charge reversed and I find your help/support unsatisfactory.

I’m sorry to hear about this matter. As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link and providing as much info as possible.

I have been trying to cancel for 3 months , and it is impossible, Dropbox is no HELP, and I have changed my credit card account 3 times, and they still find way to bill me. I am about to contact the Attorney General of our state, and report them.

Hi @Jack29, have you tried contacting the support team using the steps in the previous message?

 

If so, could you let me know the ticket ID you should have received from the automated email response?
