Someone has stolen an account from a colleague in our company and is sending malicious emails. My colleague can't reset her password because it's linked to another email address. Can someone assist us?

Your colleague will need to contact Dropbox Support directly. She can visit the Support page while NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and she'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure she's not signed in.

Thanks. It says it takes 1 to 2 business days to respond. Is there anyway to expedite this? This is pretty urgent.

I'm afraid not. Support is not available on weekends or holidays.

Just as a warning as well the 1 to 2 business days is usually for paid accounts - if you are not a paid user this will almost certainly take longer.

Are the emails that are being sent via Dropbox or another method? Can you not alter the email settings of that user if it isnt via Dropbox
