Stop getting in touch (Dropbox Account Managers)

Hi,

 

I work for a charity and have a number of colleaues that use individual Dropbox accounts - free and Pro - for work purposes. I would like for Dropbox account managers to stop contacting us regarding other Dropbox solutions as a number of my colleagues have been contacted individually to schedule calls via meetme.

 

We are quite happy with our current usage of Dropbox and have no wish to look at other options for now - I have previously made our wishes known to Dropbox via their account managers but would be grateful for further advice as those requests appear to have fallen on deaf ears.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that - I'll ask our sales team to remove your contact from their databases. Regardless, if you're receiving emails, you should have an option to 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of the email.

Thanks for the reply Ed. There are two domains, probably not connected to the email address showing for this community login - what's best for letting you know what these are?

I have unsubscribed where possible - some don't have that option (possibly older ones).
