Struggles to access to an old account

Hi! I’m trying to get access to an old account that I haven't logged into for a while. I forgot the password, so I proceed to go through “forgot password” with the purpose of get a new one… but I received a notification stating that my password expired! There are a possibility to recover that account? I have a lot of pictures and documents saved there!

When was the last time you accessed the account? If it's been idle for more than a year, it would have been deleted due to inactivity. Once an account is deleted, it's not possible to recover the account or the files it contained.
