hello, wish to upgrade my db personal account but I am kept in an iterative loop back to my old db business account which has a deleted email address. This business account email address is non operational. Secondly I wish to upgrade my personal db account not my dp business account.
Cannot upgrade to monthly plan for my personal db; cannot access db business account due its non-existent email address. Stuck in loop.
Please advise if this is fixable without human intervention?
