Subscription cancelation

 

I have been charged £432 for an account I am not aware I set up when trying to send work to someone at the start of the month. I am not a business and certainly would not have signed up knowingly to a annual charge for a business account for dropbox which I use perhaps onece a year. I cannot seem to speak to anyone about. The chat gave me a link to phone someone but it is not available!!

Please help

Hey, @FPD1, welcome to our community. 

Sorry to hear about that. It sounds like you may have initiated a Dropbox Business trial, and that converted to a full paid subscription. 

If you’re the admin of this account, you’ll have Live Support options available in your Admin Console. Our teams there should be able to assist you with this right away.
