We own a company and my husband's subscription has been cancelled.  We are still getting billed each month and have no idea who the subsciption is under and we want it cancelled!  I put in the transaction # that was requested from our bank statement but it says the number has to be 12 digits long and mine is only 7 so it doesn't work!! I don't know what to do at this point.  Isn't there anyway to speak to a live person!!!???

You'll need to contact Dropbox Suport directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
