I'm sorry to hear about this issue. Currently, we only provide incoming phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions.
Regarding the payments, are they visible on your payments page here? If not, they might be for another Dropbox account, which you can attempt to locate using the card lookup tool.
Was the transaction paid to Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play according to your bank statement?
