Subscription cancelled, money still taken from bank

New member | Level 2

Hello,

Is there any way to get in touch with someone from support? I've emailed almost two weeks ago but never got a reply. It's kind of frustrating there is no telephone number or anything and the only chat availability is for sales inquiries.

I cancelled my dropbox subscription back in februari and just now noticed that the money is still being taken from my bank account every month. I would like to receive a refund for the last 5 months and for dropbox to cancel the direct debit.

Kind regards,

Thomas

Dropboxer

Hi @prikkel, thanks for posting today.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue. Currently, we only provide incoming phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions.

Regarding the payments, are they visible on your payments page here? If not, they might be for another Dropbox account, which you can attempt to locate using the card lookup tool.

Was the transaction paid to Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play according to your bank statement?

Keep me posted!
