My credit card is still being charged two years after the account has not access. I need a refund and a cancellation of the account.

how does anybody get in touch with a LIVE person?????

 

is there any live human at dropbox??? if so, how can that human be contacted???

locked out - i want my money back

i no longer have access to the e-mail account for dropbox. you keep taking money from my credit card two years after the account has not been used. i can't find a way to contact a representative. i would like a refund and the deletion of the account.

To have a better look into this, due to account-specific info required on the matter, contact our Support team via this link using an incognito window, without signing in. 
 
If you'd like, you can also let me know the ticket ID you get (eg. #1234567) so that I can pass your comments along to the member of my team who’ll be reviewing this for you.
