Initially, please note that I’ve removed personal information included in your post for security and privacy purposes. 
Having said that, please bear in mind that, although Dropbox offers tech support over the phone for Dropbox Business teams on an Advanced/Enterprise plan, all Dropbox customers can reach Dropbox Support over email.
If you’re not sure which plan you’re currently subscribed to, please navigate to your Plan tab. You can also find more info on the support options and expected response times for your plan here
