Subscription won't appear

hi , yesterday i subscribed to the 2TB plan
the bank sent me an email telling me that the money (119.88$) were sent to dropbox, i opened my account and nothing changed, i'm still on the basic plan and its telling me that i'm running out of space and i need to upgrade it . i tried to talk to someone and i've sent an email but still no response.

Check the email account you got the recipt to and your account on your device to make sure they are the same. My guess is you accidentally upgraded the wrong account
