I recently sent a question to support and here's the response I got. Based on this response, I assume there is no support for basic users. Is that correct? If so, I guess I won't upgrade, I'll look for some other cloud service instead.

Please keep in mind: - Promotional space is granted to your account for a set period of time, usually one or two years. Learn more about your promotion here: https://www.dropbox.com/help/7671 - Each user may redeem only one promotion of a certain type. For example, if you've already redeemed a 48 GB Samsung promotion, you cannot redeem another. This restriction applies even if your first promotion expires and even if you purchase a new device. - Some promotions are for new Dropbox users only. Check if this applies to your promotion here: https://www.dropbox.com/help/7671 - Only the first account used to log in to Dropbox on the eligible device may redeem the promotion.
Thanks, but unfortunately no, I don't think so. I just wanted to know when my Samsung promotion would expire, so I can decide whether to upgrade my account or use some other cloud service. I can't find the expiry date anywhere in my account info, but if someone can tell me where to find it, I'd appreciate it.
If they don't want to provide support for basic users, I think they should be more upfront about it and just say so.

Maybe in some cases it's 90 days, but I've had it for almost one year now. So I'd like to know when it's going to expire. Again, is it really that difficult for them to make the expiry date available somewhere in your account info?
