I have a co-worker whose account appears to have been established on the business side under an Admin.  Everytime he attempts to LOGIN, it says his account was suspended.  He trys to reset the password, but it still says his account is suspended.  The person that could possibly be the Admin is no longer with our company and we don't have access to their account to adjust access, etc.  A client has given his work e-mail access to the files that they have uploaded; however, with his account suspended and unable to LOGIN period, he can't change his password, access the files nor delete the account to establish a "new" utilizing the same work e-mail to get it out from under the Admin profile.  How do we get this resolved?

Hello there @AK-StatesmanBiz, I'm sorry to hear about the situation here!

 

Are you aware of the email address that the admin account could have been under?

 

If so, would you be able to gain access to the email if it's under a company domain?

 

If anyone else on the team still has access to the account, they can also check who is an admin on the team with these steps.
