How do I switch back to personal account from business without losing all. Its asking me to disband team and says I will lose account???

Hi @EE2442, thanks for posting on the Community!

 

If you're downgrading from a Dropbox Business plan to a free account, then you won't lose any data.

 

Disbanding a team occurs in free teams, and more can be read about here

I need to switch mine back to a personal account as well. I cant figure out how to do it. The only thing I see is to send an email to support...an email that doesnt seem to exist anywhere under the "contact support" ecosphere.

In that case, I'd recommend following the relevant steps from the Help Center article @Jay posted above @danamezcua

 

Specifically, you'd need to navigate to this page, and take it from there according to your needs.
