My free business trial has ended.

I previously had a personal account that I would now like to be able to use and access.

How do I renew my personal account?

Hi @shirleynorwood, thanks for contacting us!

If the free trial to a Dropbox Business team has ended, then it's possible you're on a team in locked state.

If you follow the steps in the above article, you can disband the team to return it to a personal account.
