The Upgrade is paid but does not work

Good morning, I would like a help: as I always do, I bought the monthly subscription for Dropbox for Iphone. But something strange is happening: my photos and files are not being stored due to lack of space and Dropbox asks me to subscribe to Premium. My subscription is active until August 1st but I can't use it. The amount has already been deducted from my credit card. I look forward to help,
Thanks,
Nathaly

Dropboxer

Hi @nathalysilva; welcome to our Community and happy Friday!

As a first step here, could you kindly try to restore your purchase from your Dropbox app on your Apple device?

In order to do so, please follow the below steps:

1. In your Dropbox app, tap Account (or Personal if you have paired accounts).
2. Tap on the gear icon at the top of your screen to access your settings.
3. Tap on "Restore purchases".

If you can't see "Restore purchase" this means that your app isn't up to date. You will need to update your Dropbox app from the App Store on your device and try again.

This should activate your last upgrade, but keep me posted in case this didn't help improve matters for you.

Thanks!
