I have an unidentified charge for an account I don't recognize. What should I do?
Hi @Francesco , thanks for messaging the Community!
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link and clicking the 'How to cancel / refund your subscription' and add the info required further down the page.
Keep me posted!

In order to login to the Dropbox Community, you need to have an Dropbox account, so you should be able to access the link from before.
If not, could you try opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and access this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from. Thanks!
