Hi,

My basic dropbox account of 2GB is full. I can not see my files. There was a upgrade option clicked on it. Then I chose the plan of 2TB , billed monthly and also gave my master card (Not paypal) payment details. The security code I chose was the CVV number at the back of my card which is of 3 digit. Postal code of the same as the bank where my account is created. Then I agreed to the conditions and clicked buy now got an message "There was an error completing payment". I got in contact with the bank everything is fine regarding bank. Then why is it happening? PLease let me know ASAP.

I'm sorry to hear about this matter. Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? 

 

Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
