Hello,

 

I am trying to acquire the paid account of a coworker who is no longer at the company, and whose email I do not have access to. Is it possible to transfer the account to a different email address? I am posting here on a free account.

Hi @swu, thanks for joining the Community!

 

Currently, it wouldn't be possible to do what you're requesting, since you need to have access to the account in questions to change the email on the account. It isn't possible to transfer the payment to another account either, even if you had access to the account.

 

If the email is owned by your company domain, then you could try to have the IT admin reset password for the email, access that inbox, and then reset the password for the Dropbox account to access it directly.
