Dear community,

 

How can I talk to Dropbox sale team? Is there contact beside Chatbot and this community?

I want to purchase dropbox plus, but I need to Administration work with dropbox to fullfil the requirement for my company. For example, I need Dropbox team to sign on purchase order form that they accept my purchase request.

Hi @bunhann, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

Are you referring to paying manually with an invoice?

 

If so, this is only possible on annual subscriptions to a Dropbox Business plan. Dropbox Plus would only have the option to pay by card, and other digital methods.

 

If I’m misunderstanding something, please let me know more details!
