Trying to Set Up Dropbox Standard Business Account, but Running Into an Issue

Hi all -  I am trying to set up a Dropbox Standard Business account, but when I click the upgrade button it says that I need to "Contact Your IBPA Admin to Upgrade Your Team." Unfortunately, the person who is the Admin on our current basic free Dropbox account no longer works for us and we don't have her login info, so I'm not able to upgrade.

 

 

This seems like a real glitch in the system. Is there anyone who can help me upgrade our account when we can't log into the Admin account?

Can you try to contact the person in question? I am pretty sure that you'll need permission from the Admin to preform this action. If you'd like some further assistance on this matter, contact support at https://www.dropbox.com/support. I hope this helps!
