Trying to cancel subscription

Trying to cancel this for days. Literally the most confusing and awful experience I have ever had. Someone help me! Please!

I have tried to cancel my subscription for a week now very frustrating, and stressful I need someone to cancel this.

Hi @Frustration99 and @Twinssmart!

Have you tried following the instructions here? https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/cancellations-refunds/cancel-subscription

If you still have trouble cancelling your subscription following these instructions, could you reply with the type of subscription you have (which you should be able to see here) and whether your subscription is directly though Dropbox or through your phone App Store (Google Play, Apple App Store)?
