Trying to contact support - no phone number, no live chat

Trying to contact support - no phone number, no live chat

I need to contact a support rep regarding a refund that I was confirmed I would get by a support rep named Larry on Dropboax live chat. I do not see any link to start another live chat. I have the ticket number of my chat with Larry when he confirmed I could get the refund: #12128200

If a dropbox member could get back to me with help that would be great, or if anyone else knows their phone number that would be appreciated as well.

Thanks so much.

Zach

Hey there @zachhanania; welcome to our Community and happy Friday!

I can see that this ticket is closed by our system now; did you try to reply to Larry through your email directly?

In any case, if you'd like to look further into this, may I reach out via email?

Thanks!

PS: More information on your support entitlements can be found here
