Trying to link personal and business Dropbox on Android phone

Hello there. I am trying to follow these directions to link my business and personal Dropbox accounts on my phone. I do not have a "connect your personal Dropbox" option in Settings. The link above says that if you don't see it, you're not signed into a business account, but I am! My company has Business Standard, and that is the account I signed into on my phone.

Any suggestions? Much appreciated!

Hi @AimeeC  - how are you today?

Can you please make sure you've connected both of your accounts online (via a web browser) first by following these steps?

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com with your Dropbox Business account credentials.
  2. Click your profile picture or grey circle at the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Under Connect your personal Dropbox, click Connect. If you don’t see this option, you’re likely not logged into a Dropbox Business account. 
  5. Click Sign in to connect an existing account or enter your email and password to create a new personal account. 

After this has been performed, please use the steps outlned in the following Help Center article: https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/multiple-accounts/pair-accounts-all-devices

Thank you, Walter! I didn't realize I had to connect the accounts from the computer before I could on my phone. It works now. I truly appreciate your help!
