Trying to stop storage notifications

Explorer | Level 3

The notification pops up maybe every hour. It's annoying. I am working and don't need to see anything about Dropbox. The Notifications under Settings does not appear to include anything about this kind of notificaiton. I will delete the account if I can't stop them pestering me this way.

Thanks

What does the notification say? Can you take a screenshot of it?

Can you log onto dropbox.com (website) and confirm if your account is actually full? This is normal behaviour of the desktop app to notify you (not to pester you) that your account is full so that you know your files are not synced (as storage is depleted). Delete some files from the online version, and the message will go away if you are under the allocated space. Otherwise upgrade, or delete the desktop application from your PC if you do not want to upgrade.
