Hi. I work for a company that uses Drop Box, and an individual Drop Box has been created for each employee. Managers have access to the employee Drop Box. For some reason, when my Drop Box was created, two were created, not one. I have access to one of them, and the managers have access to the other one. We need to delete the second box and obtain access for both me and my managers to the remaining box. Or maybe we delete both and create an all new box. In any case, please help with this problem.
Thank you for responding. I tried to answer your earlier emails but they bounced back. No. I only see me as having one account. But somewhere there is a second account. And as we know, one of them needs to be deleted.
