Typo in my Email

Highlighted
New member | Level 2

When I created an account, I accidently typed in afrt instead of afry, and now all of my files are on afrt, and then I made another account with my actual email, but when I try and share them to my actual acount, I cant. I also can't edit my email, because it want's me to verify my email first. I also clicked the button to download all files onto drop box, without really knowing what that meant. Is there any way that I can fix my email, or just put all of my files back onto my computer and reverse what just happened?

Hi there @Aidan12, let's see what we can do here.

Since you opened another account with the correct email address, you'll have to use another existing email to replace the wrong one - temporarily at least.

Once you choose one, click on the "verify" button under the General tab, and you may get a prompt to "update email address".

If you do, you can enter the chosen email address and you'll receive a message in your inbox to verify it.

Try that out and let me know how it goes, thanks!
