I paid for Dropbox Plus account 11,99€ via Apple Pay (it was charged from my credit card) and additional quota has not been added to my account. I don't have a transaction ID. Also, there is no upgrade option in Dropbox mobile app. If I want to upgrade via "Manage Devices" option, it shows me an error: "Unable to load upgrade plans". Please, can you tell me, where is the problem? I urgently need a space.
