URGENT: I paid for Dropbox Plus via Apple Pay and additional quota has not been added.

Hello.

 

I paid for Dropbox Plus account 11,99€ via Apple Pay (it was charged from my credit card) and additional quota has not been added to my account. I don't have a transaction ID. Also, there is no upgrade option in Dropbox mobile app. If I want to upgrade via "Manage Devices" option, it shows me an error: "Unable to load upgrade plans". Please, can you tell me, where is the problem? I urgently need a space.

Could you check to see if the payment was successful on this page? Could you also let me know what plan you're on, and how much quota you have here?

 

If you're still on a Basic plan, try the steps in this article to apply the upgrade to your account.
