Unable to Cancel following Free Trial - please refund me

I enrolled on the free trial, but have struggled to Cancel the Drop Box account.  I have subsequently been paying a subscription since June 2019, despite having NEVER used the service.

As a top priority please can you:-

1 - Ensure 100% that my Dropbox account is Cancelled.

2 - Refund all the subscription payments I have made up to this point.

Please confirm when this has been done.

Hi @Martino179, I am not sure about the refund for the payment you have alredy made, but you can have a look at the procedure in this page on how to cancel your subscription https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/cancellations-refunds/cancel-subscription If you are still unable to resolve the issue, contact the support team directly https://www.dropbox.com/support/ who have access to your account related information.
