We have a holiday home in North Wales and the site owner provides the WiFi. I also have a Netware WiFi booster plug with its own security which I have set up and password protected. While I am there I often need to access my Dropbox folders however I am unable to do so. I cannot log on to the App and get an error message saying there is no WiFi (although I am able to access other sites with no problems). Again, when I try to access my account via a Browser this comes up with a blank page so I can’t even contact support while I am there. Why is this happening? It is really inconvenient as I spend a lot of time up there and need to access Dropbox. I am paying for this service and it isn’t working!
