Unable to access Business Account

I paid a gazillion dollars for a Business account, but I can't get in to it.  When I log in, I am taken to my personal account, and encouraged to upgrade.  How is it possible that there is no company-provided support for this issue??

Hi @KatharineMoore; welcome to our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with accessing an account of yours.

 

Since you paid for an account, try looking up the email address that's associated with the charge in question and once you identified this piece of information, try to log into that account.

 

You can lookup a charge using our self-served tool from the folloing page:

 

In case you forgot or need to reset your password, try the following link through an incognito window (to ensure you're not already logged into another account):
