Did you sign in using the existing software that came pre-installed on the laptop, or did you install Dropbox yourself? You need to use the pre-installed software.

I signed in using the existing software that came pre installed. It showed me that I am eligible for 100 GB space but when I signed in as existing user, nothing happened.

Hey @haiderjafree, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Would it be OK if I reach out via email to have a further look internally?

Dropbox Support team,  I'm having the exact same problem.   I bought a new HP laptop at Best Buy and signed into my existing account with Dropbox.  I can not activate the HP 100 GB offer.   Can you help?

Thank you!

Hey @tsiegmeth, thanks for reaching out to us.

Have you checked this article, to make sure you've followed the correct steps and to see if maybe you're not eligible for the promotion?

Yes, I have gone through the process multiple times and reinstalled Dropbox with no luck.    The promotion doesn't come up as an option under my account.

I see.

In that case, can we send you an email, to investigate this internally?
