I have read the suggestions, I have looked at the app on my iPhone and followed directions on my computer and I AM UNABLE TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. I am super frustrated.  When I go to Settings then Plan, both on my iPhone and my computer, there is NO OPTION to cancel my subscription or downgrade.  Hoping someone here can point me in the right direction?  Thank you!!

Did you start the subscription on your phone? If so, then you need to cancel through the Subscriptions option in your device Settings; not in the Dropbox app.
