I have DB Plus but would like to change to DB Family. When I click on the link, it shows Error (404)- unable to find the page.

If you get the same error on other browsers as well, can you please send me a screenshot so that I can have a visual too?
On a side note, have you purchased the previously offered extended version history add-on at some point? If so, I'm afraid that you won’t be able to join a Family plan as this Help Center article outlines.

Hi @Walter , this is the error message I get (sorry for the Spanish)... 404 we can't find the page you're looking for.
I've tried accessing this site from different browsers (chrome, safari, firefox) clearing cache and cookies and even incognito browsing. The only time this page displays is when I log out from my dropbox account but if I try signing back in during the checkout it will go back to the same 404 error.
