Unable to delete account


Unable to delete account

I have followed the steps to delete my account - I found the link stating 'delete my account' however this just route me to a downgrade your account page.  

I want the whole account closed and deleted. 

Please help.  I am working on a computer via the site.

Hi @Carla Breytenbach, thanks for posting today!


It sounds like the site is routing you to that page because you might already be on a trial or paid plan. You can check this from the plan page, and the payments page as well.


If you want to delete your account entire, you can follow the steps on this page.
