I need to have dropbox plus and already charge the monthly fee but the app still saying i need to upgrade and is full

Hello @Samarapok, I'd be happy to help look into this with you!

Did you upgrade directly from our website or from a mobile device?

Also, make sure that the charge is associated with the email address that your Dropbox account is connected to. 

You can use our lookup tool to find the email and cross-check it with the one listed your General tab
